After arriving at a local family's home, find out the dish you'll be cooking. Depending on the day, it ranges from dim sum (small steamed dumplings like barbecued pork buns, stir-fried noodles and sesame rolls) to other popular local dishes (eg. steamer ginger fish, sweet and sour pork and stir-fried chili beef).
